Every build includes the care plan — $300/month, starting at launch. Hosting, security, backups, uptime monitoring, and unlimited small edits. Change a phone number, swap a photo, add a service — you text me, it's done. This is included in the price above, not an add-on.

03 / The scope

What's not included

Flat pricing only works when the scope is clear, so here's the other half of the deal.

  • Ad spend. Billed directly to your card by Google or Meta. I never mark it up and it never runs through my account.
  • Ongoing content beyond what's written at launch. That lives in the Growth Retainer.
  • Custom software or integrations outside the tools listed above. Happy to quote it separately, flat.
  • More than two revision rounds. Additional rounds are $400 each. Two is almost always enough.
  • Stock photography licensing if you want paid images.

One more thing: I need your photos, logo, and service list within 14 days of kickoff. If content stalls past that, the project pauses and picks back up when you're ready — the price doesn't change.
